Do links expire?
No, links work forever unless you manually deactivate them. However, based on our FUP, we can remove links that have been inactive for more than 1 year.
Can I edit a link after creating it?
Yes, you can edit the phone number, message, and form fields anytime from your dashboard.
Can I use custom link codes?
Custom codes like owa.link/yourname are available with premium links only.
What are forms used for?
Forms let you collect information from visitors before they're redirected to WhatsApp. Great for qualifying leads or gathering details.

What analytics are tracked?
We track total clicks, daily clicks, and general geographic regions. We don't track personal information.
Are analytics real-time?
Analytics update every few minutes, so they're nearly real-time.
